Salmon Cheese Rolls

Simple salmon cheese rolls that are quite attractive and very tasty.

Use thinly sliced smoked salmon.

Mix cream cheese with chopped olives.

Paste the salmon slices with the cheese mix.

Roll.

Chill and serve with lemon wedges.
