Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
This is a spaghetti sauce than anyone can make without fear of burning the sauce in the bottom of the pot.
And that is because it is made in the microwave.
It takes about 45 minutes to make.
Into a large glass bowl put three cans of tomatoes, 5 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon basil and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Chop a large onion finely, and saute until clear. Add it to the tomatoes. Stir the mixture to combine the ingredients evenly.
Add fresh sausage.
Put into the microwave and heat at about 650 watts.
In about 1/2 hour it should look done. The more you continue to cook it the thicker it will get and the more the flavor will develop.
If the sauce is too thick, add some water. If too thin, add some tomato paste.
And that is all that there is to it.
