Polish Mushroom Omelette

A recipe for Polish Mushroom Omelette.

Mushroom omelette. Wash the mushrooms and trim them. Remove any remaining roots and wash them very well. Cut the larger mushrooms into smaller pieces. In a frying pan add two tablespoons of butter and fry the mushrooms 10 to 15 minutes. After frying add salt and pepper. Remove from the fire and cover. This dish consists of two omelette pancakes in between which you add fried mushrooms. The recipe calls for fresh kurki. That is a special Polish mushroom. You can substitute other mushrooms if you so wish. To prepare these omelette pancake, add the spices and parsley and add 40 g of butter cut into small pieces. Divide the a mixture in half the egg mixture in a small omelette pan a frying pan for approximately 3 minutes. Flip the omelette and briefly fry it on the second side. Add it to the warm plate or baking dish or a serving platter to make it look good. This dish will be served immediately so put it on the plate that you will provide for the person eating the omelette. This dish will be eaten immediately.

But we always recommend add the omelette to a decorative plate. It always makes things taste better when they look better. Put the omelette is such a plate add to it the mushroom mixture. Cover then while your are doing that prepare the second omelette pancake. Prepare the second, pancake and place it atop the mushrooms. Serve immediately. As always add some eye candy.
