A simple recipe for making corn dogs. It may not be traditional Polish food, but people love them.

Mix together 1 cup of flour, 2/3 cups of corn meal, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt. Once mixed, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 egg and enough milk to make a smooth dough. Mix to make a smooth batter.
Dip the corn dogs in the batter, covering them well. Then cook in hot oil.
You only have to cook them long enough for the batter to cook and start to color.
Serve them as they are or insert sticks lengthwise into the corn dog.
Some people insert the sticks before putting the hot dogs into the batter and then they deep fry the corn dogs on the sticks.
